In recent years, many papers have been published on the topics of blockchain (BC) and technology (BCT). Some put BCT in context land registries (LRs), cadastres (LCs), registration, administration (LA) management (LM) its implementation benefits. eight years later, from beginnings 2014, question future proposed concept whether it has one, raised. The Scopus database was analysed using bibliometric analysis methodology Rstudio software with Bibliometrix R-package Shiny package environment. Based this research, significant interest growth topic found both technical land-governance directions. Different approaches to established global north south. From today’s perspective, worlds is guaranteed.
